  • Best to refrigerate immediately upon delivery and consume within 1.5months!
  • Keep refrigerated once opened and consumed within 1 day.

  • Keep in a cool dry place and away from direct sunlight.
  • It could be stored up to years with proper storage care.
  • Once soaked, it needs to be cooked, kept in the fridge and best consumed within 3 days.

We highly recommend that a bird's nest should be consumed before meals for better absorption. It's best consumed on an empty stomach in the morning or before sleep.

  • Take out from the fridge and set aside for 15-30 mins; OR 
  • Partially soak in a warm water for 10-15 mins

We provide weekly shipping within West Malaysia (WM) delivery.

After payment, your order will be processed in 1 to 3 working days. Despatch days exclude public holidays.

Weekly despatch days:

Monday to Wednesday - West Malaysia states (exclude Kedah, Kelantan & Terengganu)

Monday & Tuesday - Kedah, Kelantan & Terengganu

Delivery takes within 3 to 7 working days, according to the courier partner. Do expect some delivery delays on pre and post public holidays.

Self-pick up is only available at VNest Concept Cafe, Ipoh, Perak. Our team will proceed your order from there and inform you when the order is ready for pickup at our Cafe (please allow 1 working day to process).

Working days: Monday - Sunday (off days - every Wednesday, subject to public holidays)

Operation hours: 9am - 6pm
